Bugfixes & Changes:
General:
* now all vehicles with 20 mm KwK 36 shoot 10 round bursts (they had 10-round ammo clips)
* the use of AP rounds is no more visible to enemy
* added chinese language support (thx to "saukopf"!)
* added russian language support (thx to "531st" and "Idalgos"!)
* added spanish language support (thx to "blackbishop"!)
* added czech language support (thx to "Maeglin"!)
* special unit retreats now work for all squads even if "hold ground" is activated
* tank commanders of all factions are no more able to pick-up weapons (like bazookas...)
* adjusted flamethrower explosions
now there are no more instant squad kills if the flamer explodes.
* thrown grenades (handgrenades, satchel charges, bundled stielhandgranate) now may also cause damage to the throwning squad itself if it is to near to the explosion
there was a new switch ("can_harm_shooter") that was introduced some time ago with a relic patch that I`ve simply not recognized!

* BK now makes use of the reward units section (still WIP)
The reward units section is now used to let the player use some new models and take some influence on the available units later ingame. So you can pre-select some specific units, aligned to your play style and liking.
o new CW reward unit: Sherman V replacing the Cromwell if selected
o new CW reward unit: Bren Carrier with Boys AT replacing the Bren Carrier if selected
o new CW reward unit: Tetrarch (CS) with 76 mm direct fire howitzer replacing the Tetrarch with 40 mm if selected

* PE MG HT and the 75 mm Pak HT don`t share the same selection anymore
* AT double grenade ability can now be used in hold (trenches etc.) and has a reduced reload time of 45 sec
* Tiger tank now shows the correct tank commander skin when tc is onboard
* 120 mm mortar team now gives shared VET to the HSF
* Stormpioneers now gives shared VET to the HSF
* Waffen-SS Stosstrupp callable by the Hauptsturmfuehrer now also receives a 7th man after the respective upgrade was bought. This required a change of the squad though. Now the squad doesn't have a "Leader" and a "Sniper" anymore. But to compensate it, the squad now has the "Remove Supression" ability at VET0, can also throw regular grenades and spawns with one MG42 already equipped. It can still be upgraded with a 2nd MG42, a Panzerschreck or the StG44.

* fixed Jagdtiger hull mg (now working)
* added "Keep Direction" Button for the Jagdtiger so he keeps facing into a direction if activated and doesn't start turning around

* Wirbelwind now has correct Pz4 Ausf. H exhaust. The rate of fire is raised and now comes up more to the historical rate of fire. Due to this enhancement it`s now limited to Luftwaffe doctrine only! (thx & credits to eliw00d)
* added new model/unit: animated Jagdpanzer IV/L70 model with tank commander & hull MG (credits go to Halftrack & Tankdestroyer!)
* PE AT-grenades are now available without research upgrade. PE HQ grenadiers lost their Pzfaus ability and now have the AT grenades. The Stormgrenadiers now have the PzFaust 60
CW:
* Stuart tank now has HE fire ability like the US counterpart
* recon squad icon removed from tommy squads
* FHQ 6pdr gun now has AT voices
* Sherman V is no more able to drive through tank traps or over infantry bridges
* M10-Achilles pop cost raised from 6 to 12

now the Bofors allways shoots HE rounds as the Bofors historical did. Now it`s much more effective against infantry.
* decreased the chance of 87 mm (25pdr) & 105 mm artillery shells to be deflected by Tiger & Tiger II (HE ammunition explodes on impact)
* reload time for Lee Enfields raised a bit (because 2 ammo clips have to be loaded)
* removed the 75 mm gun from command tank (as it simply had none because of the radio stuff) and fixed the smoke creeping barrage
* nerved the Lieutenants aura a little bit
US:
* Ranger Infiltration Team have Thompsons again
* M1A1 HowitzerFree Barrage has no more free fire
* Mortar halftrack range increased to the same range as german 81 mm mortar
* Rangers are no more able to upgrade with bazooka in enemy territory
* Allied War Machine ability now works for Sherman E8
* airborne scout team can sprint again
* Ranger Infiltration squad now retreats when in "hold position"
* Urbar Warfare squad now retreats when in "hold position"
